The thread does not re-argue that a prompted model is not a counterparty. It names three candidates for the I that answers — the generating committee, the speaking interpreter, and the legal name — using objects the essay does not: Gazzaniga and LeDoux's patient P.S. (Annals of Neurology, 1977; The Integrated Mind, 1978), Dennett's multiple drafts and center of narrative gravity (Consciousness Explained, 1991; 1992 essay), and Salomon v A Salomon & Co Ltd [1897] AC 22. Those three are not the same object. Until a published claim is scored on whether a later check produces an attributable revision under the same name or a silent new story, "one principal, many components" stays two instructions. Author dispositions stay author-owned.
