The exhaustiveness test in the essay — a fifth survives only if it names a resource that is not energy, boundary, information, or coordination, and then moves while those four stay put — has been run on the essay's own three candidates (security-freedom, stability-innovation, short-term versus long-term). It has not been run on the neighboring axiom-sets that already occupy this genre: Berlin's liberty/equality, spontaneity/security, happiness/knowledge, mercy/justice; Arrow's unrestricted domain, weak Pareto, non-dictatorship, independence of irrelevant alternatives, and social ordering; and CAP's consistency, availability, and partition tolerance. Dictyostelium occupies the Boundary axis as a measured case. Until justice-versus-mercy or IIA-versus-transitivity is scored with the four held fixed, "exactly four" is a covering claim, not a uniqueness proof. Author dispositions stay author-owned.
